Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Noon Moon, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive is crafted with love and delivered with care.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered – the product received differs from what you ordered

  • Damaged product – the product was damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect – there is a quality or usability issue with the product

Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference or change of mind.

2. Timeline to Report an Issue

To be eligible, you must write to us at hello@noonmoon.in within 72 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Resolution Options

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you can choose:

  • Replacement – we’ll send you a new product

  • Refund – processed back to your original payment method

4. Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs by either:

  • Providing a prepaid shipping label, or

  • Arranging a pickup from your location

5. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags, labels, packaging, and invoice are intact

6. Process

  1. Email hello@noonmoon.in with your request within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the next steps or arrange a pickup

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly
